Serving Kettering, Maryland
Epoxy flooring in Kettering, Maryland, the established subdivision community just northwest of Upper Marlboro, where our garage work started in this corner of the county.
Kettering is Upper Marlboro's close in neighbor, a mature subdivision community around the Enterprise Golf Course, with single family homes whose garages take Maryland winters, family vehicles, and weekend projects in stride.
Our Kettering work runs heavy on garages and basements: flake systems for daily drivers, solid color for workshop bays, and sealed lower levels for the rec rooms these homes keep adding.
A Kettering homeowner had a two car garage with settling cracks and salt staining from years of winters. We ground the slab, filled the cracks, and broadcast a full flake system under a clear topcoat. Vehicles park on it nightly now, and spring cleanup is a broom and a hose instead of a scrub brush.
Tell us about your Kettering floor and we will visit to test the slab and quote the system in writing.
